Double-Blind ReviewTo maintain high academic integrity and objectivity, all submissions to The Third Voice: Reality and Vision undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process:
Initial Editorial Desk Screening
Upon submission, the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board conduct a preliminary evaluation to verify scope alignment, format compliance, and originality via plagiarism screening.
Double-Blind External Evaluation
Manuscripts passing initial screening are anonymized and sent to two independent, qualified external subject-matter experts. Neither the reviewers nor the authors are aware of each other’s identities.
Reviewer Assessment & Revisions
Reviewers assess theoretical soundness, empirical validity, methodological clarity, and ethical standards. Authors receive anonymized comments and are given time to complete required revisions.
Final Decision & DOI Assignment
The Editorial Board reviews revised manuscripts and issues final acceptance decisions. Accepted papers are copy-edited, formatted, assigned persistent Zenodo DOIs, and scheduled for publication.

The journal allows free access (Open Access) to its contents immediately upon publication without embargo. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full texts of articles without prior permission. In accordance with standard open-access practices, the journal explicitly permits authors to self-archive the final accepted version (or publisher’s version) of their articles in institutional or discipline-specific repositories (such as university archives, Zenodo, ResearchGate, or personal websites).
💳 Nominal Article Processing Charges (APCs)
The Third Voice: Reality and Vision operates under an Open Access publishing model. To cover direct costs of blind peer-review by three subject experts, copy-editing, layout typesetting, persistent DOI registration, and digital hosting, the journal charges a nominal fee of ₹3,000 (excluding GST) per accepted paper. There are strictly no submission fees (charges apply only upon formal editorial acceptance).
⚖️ Publication Ethics & Plagiarism Policy
The journal adheres to the ethical guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). All manuscripts must represent original, unpublished scholarly work. Plagiarism in any form—including text recycling, improper attribution, or data falsification—is strictly prohibited. Submissions are screened using standard plagiarism detection software (similarity index threshold is strictly below 15%). Authors must declare any conflicts of interest and acknowledge relevant funding sources.
