Full-text article access is completely free across all web pages; furthermore, the journal provides immediate, unrestricted Open Access to full article content in both HTML and PDF formats with no embargoes or subscription paywalls.
📱 EPub Policy (Subscriber Exclusive)
While web articles and PDF downloads are globally open-access, the journal reserves specialized, reflowable EPub e-reader editions exclusively for paid subscribers and active association members.

Step-by-StepInstitutions, libraries, and individual scholars can subscribe by following these three straightforward steps:
Select Subscription Tier & Calculate Total
Choose between Individual or Institutional subscription, and indicate whether you are subscribing for an Annual (2 Issues) volume or ordering a Single Issue.
Remit Payment via Bank Transfer / Demand Draft
Remit subscription payment via NEFT / IMPS electronic transfer or Demand Draft drawn in favor of Voice For Voiceless, payable at Cuttack / Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Email Confirmation & Dispatch Details
Email your payment reference / transaction receipt along with the subscriber’s full name, institution name (if applicable), complete postal delivery address with PIN code, and contact number to the Editor.
